Prenatal Massage
Nurturing and therapeutic bodywork to help you feel comfortable with your changing body. When you relax your baby relaxes too. Prenatal massage is an important part of your pregnancy care. Your will learn to relax more deeply and be aware of what you need for physical comfort and support, which will benefit you during your birth.

Carol's extensive experience as a birth doula and her special training in prenatal massage are a great combination for providing the most nurturing and therapeutic session. You will go deep within and connect with yourself and your baby. Your stress level will decrease and you will benefit from decreased muscle tension and pain. Prenatal massage can ease your anxieties about birthing and motherhood. Carol offers support as you journey through this wondrous and sometimes challenging time of becoming a mother.

Carol is a great communicator. At the start of every session, she asks how my body is feeling, then customizes her massage accordingly. Carol’s sessions are different every time, and I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
R.H., Dad, Writer

Carol has been my family massage therapist for ten years. Carol's skilled touch and caring spirit have nourished us in good times and bad. Her hands know just what to do for each person and each situation. I treat myself to a Carol massage every two weeks. My body and mind approve!  Be sure and ask for a foot massage. Your feet will thank you!
R.R., Intel Retiree, Principle Engineer

Carol is a wonderfully gentle person, and has worked on me many times with her myriad of skills. She did a "house call" when I was hospitalized with pre-eclampsia two weeks before my baby was born, and also worked on my baby as a newborn when she began showing signs of reflux. I'm fortunate to have shared office space with Carol, and find her to be a compassionate, considerate and generous woman in addition to her many talents with healing and teaching.
A.B., Mom, Licensed Massage Therapist

Carol has been my massage therapist for a very long time.  She's very in tune with my body, and takes the time before each session to talk to me, and see how I am doing and feeling. I always leave feeling so good. She is simply amazing!
A.R., Sales Representative

The bigger I grew during my pregnancy, the more my back and body ached. Carol has the experience and training to know exactly what to do—when to dig deep and when to be gentle. She made a huge difference during my pregnancy.
C.H., Mom, Software Company VP
